   Having trouble getting CMS Members working with Wordpress MU. I installed the plugin and tried to go to the Registration page but received a Wordpress 'fatal error' page instead, as though I had not set up a blog named 'registration'. Help!

   The fatal error was related to another plugin.
   It was solved via email.

   I have installed the plug-in and configured it and it does not give me the registration form anywhere on the site. I get the standard WP form. How do I find the registration page???

   I have WP 3.0.1.
