How do I set up the affiliate part of the plugin? I want to pay my members $10 per month for each site member that joins through them. I cannot find any information for this at all.

Key MasterCMS Members do not provide affliate system itself but you can easily integrate your site with any affiliate programs that provide js code.
for example if you have idevaffiliate:
http://www.idevdirect.com/idevaffiliate.phpYou should just paste provided js code in options page.
